HR Manager
职务说明:
1. Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders by understanding their objectives, and challenges, and providing HR support and guidance.
2. Provide expertise and advice on HR-related matters such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
3. Provide directions and advice to the HR Business Partners team to complete the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring departments.
4. Lead the succession planning initiatives to ensure sufficient talent pipelines in place and work closely with departmental managers to identify key talent within their teams and create individualized development plans to support career growth.
5. Develop and implement training programs with Learning and Development Team to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies across various departments and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. Adjusting programs as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
专长条件:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 10 years of proven experience in HR management especially on talent management, job evaluation and training would be an added advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of labor acts and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Well spoken and written English.
