PMC Head
职务说明：
1. Responsible for all aspects of PMC/ Warehouse/Purchasing to ensure supply of materials that meet company quality, financial objectives, and Business Units’requirements. 負責所有PMC/倉儲/採購方面的工作，以確保供應的物料符合公司的產量、財務目標和業務部門的需求。
2.Monitoring global forecast/order and production, to seek for optimization opportunity between demand and supply. 監控全球預測/訂單和生產情況，尋求需求和供應之間的優化機會。
3.Ensure customer requirements are reviewed and responded to and monitor progress towards implementation. 確保客戶需求得到審查並作出回應，並監控實施進展。
4. Ensure proper inventory controls are in place and active. 確保適當的庫存控制措施得到實施並且有效。
5. Cost management and cost structure improvement. 成本管理和成本結構改善。
6. Develop sourcing strategy (considering Continuity of Supply, minimizing risk and costs) . 制定採購策略（考慮供應的持續性，最小化風險和成本）。
7. Materials selection and evaluation. 物料選擇和評估。
8. Develop local or worldwide supplier and management. 發展本地或全球供應商及管理。
9. Build up team capability, strategy and execution. 建立團隊能力、策略和執行能力。
专长条件：
1. 15年以上資材相關經驗
2. 製造/網通/電子科技業，相關產業經驗尤佳
3. 精通MRP
4. TOEIC 650分以上英文能力
